Subject:- Updation of E-Service Books in PMIS and verification certificates. Memo: The work of computerization of Eservice Books is almost to its completion in all the Government educational institutions. Even then a difference of about 400 employees is being reflecting in PMIS Data Entry Status report. It shows that some service books are still incomplete. Therefore the sanctioned strength and filled up vacancy position of your institution must also be entered in PMIS using PMIS Code 10021 and password of Nodal Officer(IT). The department has fixed 29th Feb 2012 as the deadline for updation and verification of all service books. All employees should be made aware of their eService-Book and signature must be obtained on hard copy of eService Book. Further, you have already been informed that the department has now decided that employee code of PMIS be used with each employee name even for general correspondence (for example Establishment data, Earned leave, casual leave etc.). For the same, no employee should remain without employee code (excluding part-time & PTA) and employee code be circulated to all concerned employees for reference. Various guidelines are available on the website http://admis.hp.nic.in/genpmis and Nodal Officer (IT) is always at your call distance to help you. Some important points must be kept in mind while entering record of service book:- • If Form No. 1,2,3 are incomplete and Service Book is verified you may experience problem in viewing the eServiceBook. • Once the SB is verified all entries be done from eSB Transaction side. • For correction purpose Verifying officer can Unverify the eSB and Data Entry user can change/correct entries. • After transfer/relieving entry the record must be only then the establishment office will change. • The Site (admis.hp.nic.in/genpmis) must be opened in Compatible mode to view all menu options. • You can visit our blog page ddhesirmour.blogspot.com for more information.
